Returns
The National Grange/Grange Store will accept items for exchange and return within 60 days of purchase. To return or exchange and item, please call (202) 628-3507 ext. 109 or mail the item back via First Class mail or UPS to:

Please include a copy of the original invoice along with the reason for return or exchange. If you are exchanging an item, please be sure to include the new item name and number as well as color and size.
Please note that you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges on returned and exchanged items. The shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Upon receiving your order, please open the package and inspect the merchandise immediately. If you receive merchandise that is damaged or defective, please call us immediately at 888-4-Grange ext. 109 for instructions.
